Raise a Pro hero, gear it up, and list it on the in-game Market at your own price (from $0.90). When another player buys it, 70% of the price goes to your HM USDT instantly. Tradable potions, liquors, and pills sell the same way.
Enter a Betting Match for $1.99 or $19.99 and command all your heroes against a player of similar level. Win, and you keep your stake plus $1.59 or $15.99 in HM USDT (80% of your opponent's stake).
Matches pair players of similar level, trades happen only on the official Market, and the fee is fixed and open: 30% on Market sales, 20% on Betting Matches. Deals outside the Market lead to a permanent ban.
